Alan started with a house hack in Brooklyn, NY before Brooklyn was fancy, kept adding more residential properties over the years, and has since scaled into apartment syndications & joint ventures.
We got into the details on ALL of it!!
Fun Fact: Barbara Corcoran (yes, the Shark Tank chick) bought Alan’s first fix and flip when he was only 25 years old!
