On this episode we sit down with Chris Singleton, former professional baseball player, real estate investor, and motivational speaker.
Chris has a fascinating story to share about how he turned his pain into purpose after experiencing an unspeakable tragedy. In 2015, his mother, Sharonda Coleman-Singleton, was one of nine victims in the Charleston church shooting. Chris was devastated by the loss of his mother, but he refused to let the tragedy define him. Instead, he turned to his faith and started using his platform to spread messages of hope and unity.
Chris also talks about his love of baseball, which started when he was just a young boy. He was a standout player in high school, and he was eventually drafted by the Chicago Cubs in 2017. He shares some of the challenges he faced during his time in professional baseball and how he was able to overcome them.
After leaving baseball, Chris turned his attention to real estate. He shares how he got started in the industry and some of the lessons he’s learned along the way. He talks about the power of being a good person and how that can open doors and create opportunities in life.
Throughout the episode, Chris shares inspiring stories and insights into how to find purpose and meaning in life, even in the face of tragedy. He is a true example of resilience and strength, and his message is one that will leave you feeling inspired and motivated to make a positive impact in the world.
